Updating this post. AJHQ has sent out a second round of phantoms to jammer everywhere, nonmembers included (although you can't open it, I'm sorry). I'm glad they listened to my request (and countless others) to release these items to the public. The jammers who got the first one got a second one.
Most jammers also seemed to get a gem bonus of 5,000 gems or so (but it didn't come in a letter).

And there appears to be a large flock of phantoms inside the cage. Did anyone else receive this? I hope so.
I certainly wish AJHQ sent one to everyone, but I don't think that's the case. It also comes in a square shape, and the name appears as Phantom Prison Cell on the trading list. Of course there are also different electric colors.

If you want one you need to find out why they only sent some out. These may just be October Monthly gifts though, so don't worry to much. Happy jamming everyone, sorry for the news.
